I left the Armed Forces after thirteen years of service in 2019 to start a new career with a passion for providing rehabilitation through soft tissue therapy and a thirst for understanding injury mechanics.
I participated in many activities in the military from high-pressure combat scenarios to elite-level sports. As a result of these environments, I saw various injuries and the impact they cause on individuals both physically and mentally.
My journey started with my personal experience with injury at a sporting festival, Bournemouth 7s, where I experienced my first sports massage, which sparked an immediate interest to want to discover more about massage. I went on to learn more about the human anatomy and took courses looking at cadavers at King’s College dissecting rooms.
Through my suffering of chronic shoulder pain it propelled me to explore more about injury, treatments, and prevention. Now I am equally passionate about helping others find their healing journey.
