What we offer

Our corporate services at Perfect Balance can be delivered as standalone interventions or combined into a tailored wellbeing programme. Services include: workstation (DSE) assessments, car workstation assessments, manual handling training, nutritional advice and education, pilates, fitness and mobility classes, short consultations with our therapy team, acupressure and acupuncture, pregnancy and postnatal support, educational wellbeing seminars. All services are adapted to your organisation’s size, workforce and goals by the experts from Perfect Balance.

Modern working patterns place sustained demands on the body, whether at a desk, on the road or moving between locations. Poor setup and repetitive postures can quietly contribute to discomfort, reduced performance and increased injury risk over time. At Perfect Balance, workstation assessment and DSE are designed to identify practical changes that improve comfort, efficiency and long-term physical resilience at work. Our MSK specialists assess home or office workstations to help reduce postural strain and discomfort. Each assessment includes practical adjustments and a written report, in line with Display Screen Equipment Regulations. Car workstation assessments are ideal for employees who drive regularly. These sessions focus on car seat set-up, posture and strategies to reduce musculoskeletal strain during long journeys and mobile working.

Our manual handling courses support organisations where lifting, pushing or pulling tasks are part of daily work. Training can be delivered onsite or remotely and complies with manual handling operations regulations. Participants receive certification on completion. Training covers: Risk identification and dynamic assessment, legal responsibilities, safe lifting and handling techniques, team handling protocols

Our nutritionists provide tailored advice, testing and education to support workplace health, including: Immune resilience, healthy eating at work, gut health and digestion, energy, fatigue and sleep, stress, anxiety and mental wellbeing, women’s health and hormonal balance. Support can be delivered one-to-one or through group sessions and seminars.

We offer Pilates, mobility and fitness classes designed to reduce pain, improve posture and support physical resilience at work. Classes can be delivered onsite or remotely and may be group-based or one-to-one where a more tailored approach is required. These sessions often help improve team engagement as well as physical wellbeing.

We offer short consultations with our clinical team, including physiotherapists, osteopaths and sports therapists. These sessions allow employees to discuss aches, pains or concerns and receive practical advice, reassurance and guidance on next steps. Where appropriate, further in-clinic or remote treatment can be arranged to support recovery and return to full function.

Our team can provide acupuncture or acupressure sessions to support musculoskeletal pain, headaches, stress and other health concerns. We also offer pregnancy and postnatal support, including hands-on treatment, massage, lactation advice and cranial osteopathy where appropriate.

Education is a key part of long-term workplace wellbeing. Our seminars are designed to give employees practical knowledge they can apply immediately, both at work and beyond. At Perfect Balance, we deliver online or in-person seminars covering topics such as: workplace posture and set-up, common work-related injuries, nutrition and energy at work, stress and recovery strategies. These sessions are designed to be practical, engaging and relevant to your workforce.
