Really happy to recommend Keone for physiotherapy. I found his holistic approach to understanding and managing my symptoms really helpful. He was very patient and took time to ensure I was doing the exercises properly to get the maximum benefit, with the option of recording the exercises to refer back to at home. My hip pain has definitely improved as a result of the sessions - just need to keep doing the homework now!
