Having grown up with a passion for sport, I developed a deep interest in sport and injury science from an early age. This enthusiasm led me to pursue a career in the field, completing a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation at St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
Since graduating, I have gained diverse experience working in both clinical and sporting environments. I take great pride in helping individuals return to the activities they love, whether that’s daily movement, competing at a high level, or achieving a personal milestone.
