About the Role

Could this be the leadership role that you are looking for…

Do you want to feel appreciated as a leader and work as part of a high-performing but caring team?

Are you looking for a new challenge to stretch your growing skills?

Are you looking for the next step in your career? Perhaps it may be time for a change?

We are looking to expand our team and have a vacancy for someone who fits our company culture.

The role would suit a Senior Physiotherapist with previous experience managing clinics.

Our team is forward thinking and proactive and is looking to take on a Clinical Manager to work alongside our existing Clinic Managers and growing clinical team.

The role is based in our growing London clinics. Flexibility to provide care for patients and team members around their schedule would be helpful. Our Managers currently work in varying working patterns.

You will be leading the sites which will be under your responsibility and leadership, ensuring excellence in relation to clinical standards whilst also delivering operational performance that meets agreed goals in line with our annual business plan.

The role forms part of the Clinical Leadership Team fostering effective communication and embedding the company’s values and vision across Perfect Balance Clinic.

Your role will be achieved through consistent engagement and group mentoring sessions with each of the clinical team members in your team, actively overseeing the clinical mentoring program across your sites, while also fulfilling your duties as a key clinical team member and will see your own caseload of patients to keep you in touch with clinical life and referral pathways.

Our current team is lovelyproactiveorganised and ready to grow. We want to maintain our personal approach with our staff and patients. We aim to provide clinical excellence as a team, so we would need your help with your skills to maintain our exceptionally high level of care as part of the whole business in order to continue growing successfully.

💪 Skills and Experience to start

  • We need someone who is great at engaging with patients as well as the clinical team and our Directors.

  • Someone who is results-driven and has the ability to develop others

  • Do you enjoy talking to people and providing an excellent patient experience?

  • Are you great with time management and do you love detail?

  • We see a wide range of patients, often with complex problems needing different therapies. Are you open minded to working with a team, with an MDT approach?

  • Previous leadership experience and experience managing a clinic or a group of clinics

  • Business Development and Networking skills to promote and optimise your clinics

  • You should be organised and love to collaborate with others

  • We love positive, friendly and professional therapists and managers

  • All our therapists are keen to progress their careers and skills to the next level to provide the best evidence-based clinical care

  • Strength and Conditioning / Sport Science qualification or accreditation (desirable)

  • And of course, you’ll need to be reliable and turn up on time

🎯 Your role when you start:

We offer regular training on a weekly timetable to support and help all our team

  • This means that you would have a good understanding of all locations, services and therapies

  • You will have access to advanced CPD’s with the Clinical Director each week

  • You would also deliver CPD sessions to our clinical team to help them develop also

  • You would be learning how we achieve our excellent results and be part of the team delivering these high standards as well as contributing ideas to help us expand more

  • We would show you how to develop your skills at any level by creating a fundamentally different way of practising which avoids the pitfalls of working in the UK healthcare industry and working alone

  • You will be responsible for the development and success of your clinics and be bonused on their performance

We’d love to speak to you as if this sounds interesting and you’ve read this far then you could be just what we are looking for. We only have one opportunity at present so we are looking for the right person. Please send your details today so we can speak to you.

The salary is negotiable and is dependent on the right candidate and experience.
