My name is Courtney and I’m an experienced osteopath who enjoys helping people move better, recover from injury, and feel confident in their bodies.
I treat a wide range of patients, from office professionals to recreational and endurance athletes, and regularly support running, swimming, gym, CrossFit, and HYROX-related injuries, as well as posture and desk-related discomfort. I particularly enjoy working with high-performing individuals who want to stay at their best.
More about Courtney
I started my career working in the NHS in London before moving into private practice in New Zealand, where I developed a hands-on, patient-focused treatment style. My treatment approach combines manual therapy, rehabilitation, and practical advice to help patients stay active, continue training, and reduce the risk of recurring injuries. I am also trained in dry needling, which I use as an adjunct to support pain relief and rehabilitation where appropriate.
I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 2010 with a BSc in Osteopathy and am fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council.
I have a particular interest in overuse injuries, sports injuries, and persistent musculoskeletal pain, especially where busy work schedules and training demands overlap. I offer a focused “Desk Reset” session designed for busy professionals experiencing neck, shoulder, and postural tension from prolonged desk work, providing fast, targeted treatment alongside simple strategies to help patients stay comfortable, productive, and performing at their best.
