I have worked with a wide range of people, including older adults, beginners, and clients recovering from injury.

I have experience supporting rehabilitation for elderly clients in collaboration with physiotherapists, helping improve mobility, balance, coordination, and overall functional movement. More about Anita

I worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant for 10 years, which gave me strong experience in rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise. After gaining my Group Fitness Instructor and Mat Pilates qualifications, I taught different types of classes in both Hungary and England to clients of various ages and fitness levels. I also worked as a Massage Therapist in a high-quality health spa environment. Pilates teaching is the closest to my heart, which is why I continue to develop my knowledge in this area. In my free time, I enjoy walking in nature, swimming, and travelling.
