Anita Kocsis
Clinic location : Hatfield
I have worked with a wide range of people, including older adults, beginners, and clients recovering from injury.
I have experience supporting rehabilitation for elderly clients in collaboration with physiotherapists, helping improve mobility, balance, coordination, and overall functional movement. My work focuses on safe exercise, posture, and core stability for people returning to activity after physical limitations.
More about Anita
I worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant for 10 years, which gave me strong experience in rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise. After gaining my Group Fitness Instructor and Mat Pilates qualifications, I taught different types of classes in both Hungary and England to clients of various ages and fitness levels. I also worked as a Massage Therapist in a high-quality health spa environment. Pilates teaching is the closest to my heart, which is why I continue to develop my knowledge in this area.
In my free time, I enjoy walking in nature, swimming, and travelling.
